Things I've Build

San Francisco Business DataStream Dashboard

San Francisco Business DataStream is a real-time data visualization app built with Streamlit, designed to track and analyze new business registrations in San Francisco.

It connects directly to the DataSF open dataset and transforms raw registration data into interactive charts that illustrate trends across time periods, industries, and neighborhoods.

The project was inspired by my curiosity about post-pandemic business recovery in the Bay Area — aiming to help users visually understand the city’s economic pulse at a glance.

Restaurant Operation Optimizer (GPT)

The Restaurant Delivery Operations Assistant was built with a simple goal — to give my restaurant clients a practical and data-driven way to understand the logic behind delivery operations.

Many restaurant owners know that delivery performance affects profit, but few have a clear picture of what drives it. This tool helps bridge that gap by combining real-world operational strategies (sourced from multiple delivery platforms and case studies) with live data from Google, Yelp, and the DataSF API.

By visualizing delivery zones, customer density, and order behavior patterns, the app helps users discover insights such as where they’re losing efficiency, which areas have strong demand, and how competitors position themselves online.
